Hi, I'm new to this Pronote application.
My question is: How can I reset the password of a STAFF, I'm using an administrative account, but when I make a right click on the name of the staff >> Modify the Selection >> Password and PIN code >> the reset password option is grade out. What's the problem on that?? Please need help on this.

Hi, Have you tried to do this using the spr account ? You probably can't change the password of an account with the same credential as yours, so you might need the spr account (or an account with spr privilege). Hugo
