How to reset Staff pronote account?

Hi, I'm new to this Pronote application. My question is: How can I reset the password of a STAFF, I'm using an administrative account, but when I make a right click on the name of the staff >> Modify the Selection >> Password and PIN code >> the reset password option is grade out. What's the problem on that?? Please need help on this. alt text

0	Hi, Have you tried to do this using the spr account ? You probably can't change the password of an account with the same credential as yours, so you might need the spr account (or an account with spr privilege). Hugo lien permanent traitée 10 Sep '21, 11:28 admin ♦♦
